How can I place an order?
First you need to choose the options of your desired product (color, print and size). Enter the amount and click "add to cart". You will automatically be redirected to the shopping cart. You have to fill in all required fields. The ordering process consists of a total of 4 steps. The status of the order process is shown in the upper black bar. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I choose a different delivery address?
It always is possible to choose a different delivery address as the billing address. During the ordering process you get the option to enter a different address if desired.
Is there a minimum amount required to order?
There is no minimum order amount required!
Do you offer gift cards?
We also sell gift cards. Ideal for an original gift! Our gift cards are available from €17,50 - £12,93, - $19,62
How can I use my gift card?
During the ordering process you can enter your unique gift card code to use your gift card.
How can I pay?
Payments can be done with iDeal, Paypal & Mister Cash. There is no fee is required for all payment methods.
Can orders also be sent abroad? / Which countries / outside Netherlands

How much will the shipping cost be for shipments within the Netherlands?
The standard shipping costs for shipments in the Netherlands are €6.95 (=£ 5, $7.44) per order. There is a free shipping for orders above € 120 (= £ 86.27, $ 128.53) a free shipping.
How much are the shipping costs for shipments within Europe?
The shipping costs for shipments within Europe are € 11 (= 7.91 pounds, $ 11.78) per order.
How much are the shipping costs for shipments outside Europe?
The shipping costs for shipments outside Europe are € 16 (= £ 11.50, $ 17.40) per order.
How do I know that you have received my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email about this.
Do I get a discount if I order several articles?
Above an order value of € 120,- (= £ 86.27, $ 128.53) there are no shipping costs.
How long is the delivery time?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Please note that there is no delivery service on Sundays.
Is it possible to order items in the webshop and pick them up in the showroom?
It is possible to pick up your online order in our showroom in Amsterdam. This can be noted in the ordering process. To collect your order in our showroom, it is necessary to make an appointment first. This can be done by telephone (+31 20 752 2262) or by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). The showroom is Monday to Friday open between 10.00am and 6.00 pm.
How do I know the status of my order?
You are always kept informed of the status of your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email about this. And once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email about this as well.
How do I return item(s)?
You can return your item(s) by mail, the shipping costs are always for the buyer when returning the items.
Our products are all custommade so we will not be able to refund the paid amount .
Are there any costs incurred in returning?
The shipping costs are always for the buyer when returning item(s). The item(s) can be returned in our reusable shipping bags. If you don’t have our shipping anymore, you can use another suitable shipping packaging.
When will I receive the refund of my returned item(s) back?
The item(s) can be returned in the reusable delivery bags. If you are not in possession of the delivery bag you can use a different suitable shipping packaging.
What is the best way to send the item(s) back?
The products should of course be unworn and undamaged. The shipping bags we use are always reusable; there is an extra strip to reclose the bag. We recommend using our shipping bags to lose no extra charges for packing. And it’s is a safe way of sending, so no damage can occur.
For shipping, we recommend to choose for parcel where your package is traceable. So you always know whether your order has been received. And you will receive a proof of shipment. You can also choose the option of a registered mail. When registered shipping the package is always insured up to an amount of €500,- and the order is traceable. Returning the item(s) is always at your own risk.
Can customized products also be exchanged/returned?
The exchange / return of customized products is not possible. Simply because the item(s) are specially created for you. The item(s) are often made to specific needs and offer an unique text/logo or print. We don’t give refunds back because they're customized for you.
Can I return/exchange my item(s) also in the showroom?
The exchange / return of your item(s) in our showroom is possible except for the customized products. It is necessary to first notify us by mail to exchange/return items. Our showroom is open by appointment from Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6.00 pm. For appointments, you can send us an email (email@example.com) or call (+31 20 752 2262).
Can I receive my money directly cash back in the showroom?
The exchange / return of customized products is not possible. Simply because the item(s) are specially created for you so we can't give you a refund.
I have received a damaged product, what to do?
If you received a damaged product you can return it free of charge to our address. The shipping costs (€ 6.95) will be reimbursed free of charge and you will receive a new product.
What happens to my personal information?
Personal information is confidential and used only for sending your order. Possibly some of the data will be used for our statistics in order to optimize the website (cookies).
